New Director for Otho Court

Haydn Owen is standing as director for part of Otho Court. Shareholders of flats number 1 to 14 and 39 to 94 of Otho Court are asked to vote FOR or AGAINST him representing them.

His election statement is:

"I'm offering to support Brentford Dock as a Director having owned a flat here for 20 years. I think it's time I made the effort to contribute where possible to the place I have been very happy to live in.

Since I bought the flat, there have obviously been some physical problems on the Estate due to its age, but the Dock community remains strong and friendly.

The on-going re-development in the area has given us a significant challenge. Our Service Charge must meet anticipated maintenance requirements, but should hopefully keep our Estate competitive and a favoured place to live.

My professional experience as an Architect, and latterly as a site-based Construction Project Manager made me think that I could contribute towards this end."
